What is an InBody?
The InBody utilizes bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), a method of a method of measuring body composition by using low multi-frequency current that is sent through your body. The flow of current is affected by the amount of water in the body, and thus, provides calculations on fat, lean muscle mass, and water distribution.
